Used technology:
A Hellerdent® 3Fluor™ is an extra concentrated, special, sustained release gel with 3 fluor combination (contains aminfluoride). The enamel strengthening effect is clinically proved.
The application is to be used with custom fabricated mouth tray. The tray is placed over the teeth for a certain period of time ranging from 1 to 4 hours. – you may wear the mouthtray at home.
By maintaining fluoride concentration throughout a longer period of time a special “fluoride storage” is created on the entire surface of the enamel which provides long-lasting protection against tooth caries.
This formula is especially recommended after certain dental procedures (e.g. tartar removing, crown, bridge setting in, bleaching procedures, root sensitivity, treatment of periodontal conditions, prevention of root carries…)
In case of delitescence yearly application is recommended to prevent enamel weakening and root sensitivity that occurs due to ageism.
The frequency and duration of the treatment will depend on the actual condition of your teeth, and the recommendation of your dentist.
